The Wahoo KICKR RUN Smart Treadmill lets you run at home the way you run outside, with smart features that adjust to your pace and keep things feeling natural. Its standout feature, RunFree Mode, uses sensors to track your position on the belt and automatically adjust speed based on how fast you're running. Drift forward, and it speeds up. Ease back, and it slows down. It also comes with automatic grade control that moves the incline from -3% to 15% as you go, giving your run a bit more variety. Want to take over and set things yourself? You can switch those smart features off any time. Plus, the KICKR RUN connects to your favourite training apps, so you can follow structured sessions, join virtual runs, or simply run your own way.
RUNS HOW YOU RUN
The Wahoo KICKR RUN Smart Treadmill includes RunFree Mode, a handy feature that does the speed work for you. Sensors track where you are on the belt and adjust the pace as you move. If you move forward, it speeds up. If you ease back, it slows down. You can push through intervals or settle into a steady run, and the treadmill keeps up without needing a single tap.

It goes up to 24.1 kph (that’s a 2:30 per km pace), giving you plenty of headroom for sprints and race-pace sessions. When you want to take full control, it's just a tap away.
ROOM TO MOVE
The open-ended belt on the treadmill gives a real sense of space when you’re running. It’s continuous, like a track or packed trail, offering a more grounded feel underfoot. That open design helps you move naturally, without feeling boxed in, so each stride lands as it would on the road.
