The TRX Move is an excellent entry-level product to the TRX range and is a great choice for people just starting their fitness journey or new to suspension training. The Move is easy to set up, adjust and use. It’s perfect for home use thanks to the included door anchor for use indoors.

ENTRY-LEVEL SUSPENSION TRAINING

With the TRX Move, you are the resistance! Setting up the suspension trainer is easy; simply wrap the suspension strap around a suitable anchor point, and you will be ready to go. Unlock bodyweight bicep curls, rows and suspended planks for your workout. Taking a more upright stance will make the exercises easier, so you can gradually increase the challenge.

EASY ADJUSTMENTS

The TRX Move is easily adjustable for different exercise types. The adjustable sliders control the length of the straps, whilst the locking loop ensures that you always have even grips. Shorter straps work well for bicep curls, whereas longer straps are required for exercises such as suspended planks.
