Excellent, highly recommended
First of all, the Fitshop team is friendly, professional, and helpful. The Seated Calf Raise does what it promises: it strengthens and enlarges the calves, primarily through the soleus muscle (the gastrocnemius is engaged more when standing). The device is well-built, robust, feels good, and is easy to assemble. It was very well packaged and shipped on time.
