Perfect for sculpting your lower back, glutes and hamstrings (also known as the posterior chain), the Taurus Pro Iso Reverse Hyper Extension is the commercial solution for your gym. Equipped with comfortable, ergonomic padding and rubberised grips the machine is the perfect choice for any gym looking to provide a machine that will impress their members.
POSTERIOR CHAIN DEVELOPENT
Reverse Hyperextensions works the lower posterior chain which includes the erector spinae cluster (lower back), glutes (your bum), and hamstrings (back of the legs). Reverse hyperextension is a great exercise for developing the legs and back and makes an ideal alternative for deadlifts and squats, especially during injury rehabilitation.
MULTI-GRIP OPTIONS
The Taurus Pro Iso Reverse Hyper Extension has multiple grip options available. The grips alter the depth of your hyperextension. This gives you or your members alternative methods for training the exercise whilst also offering taller people more comfortable grip options.
RAISED PLATFORM
