The Taurus MS50 Pro Multi Smith integrates a Smith machine, dual adjustable pulleys and a power rack in one unit. The guide-rod Smith component ensures vertical motion with 12 height levels and spotter bars for solo lifts. The dual pulleys operate on a 2:1 cable ratio with two 100 kg weight stacks and 18 height slots. The power rack supports free-weight lifts with J-hooks and spotter arms across 12 positions. The Taurus MS50 Pro Multi Smith combines a Smith machine, dual adjustable pulleys, and a power rack in one setup. SMITH MACHINE
The Smith machine on the Taurus MS50 Pro Multi Smith runs on guide rods that keep the barbell on a fixed vertical path for steady, controlled movement. This setup supports proper form and reduces the need to stabilise the weight. With 12 height settings, it adapts to different exercises and user heights. Adjustable spotter bars can be set to catch the bar at specific points, adding an extra layer of safety during solo training.
DUAL ADJUSTABLE PULLEYS
The Taurus MS50 Pro Multi Smith features dual pulleys with tension-based resistance that stays consistent through each rep. With 18 height settings, the pulleys can be adjusted for a wide range of push and pull exercises. They run on a 2:1 cable ratio, so the resistance feels smooth and controlled. Two integrated 100 kg weight stacks come as standard, with the option to add up to 150 kg in extra plates. Each stack is clearly marked and adjusted using a magnetic selector pin for quick, safe weight changes.
POWER RACK

Ich habe mir mit der Station von Taurus und noch ein paar weiteren Geräten den Traum vom Homegym erfüllt. Die Smith Machine ersetzt für mich das Fitnessstudio komplett und ich kann jederzeit alleine und vor allem sicher trainieren. Der Aufbau war machbar, aber dauert schon seine Zeit. Dafür am besten noch ein, zwei Helfer motivieren

Top Gerät
Nicht gerade günstig, aber die Qualität finde ich sehr gut!
Ich (m38, >15 Jahre Gym Erfahrung) habe das Gerät alleine aufgebaut, auch wenn 2 Personen empfohlen werden. Der Aufbau war auch relativ leicht.
Ansonsten wird den meisten wahrscheinlich auch die Taurus Multi Smith Machine Pro reichen.
Ich würde jedem empfehlen so ein Gerät oder so ein ähnliches Gerät vor Ort auszuprobieren, bevor ihr es kauft.

Allround Gerät
Habe ein Allround Gerät mit kleiner Standfläche gesucht und bin mit dem Taurus fündig geworden. Aufbau ging gut, mit einem Freund rund 4h, bis dann auch alle Schrauben nachgezogen waren. die Taurus steht stabil, macht einen sehr soliden Eindruck. Umfangreiches Zubehör mit enthalten wie zB Jammer Arms oder auch Beinpresse. Lieferung war gut verpackt, alle Teile kamen unbeschädigt. Lediglich die Anleitung war falsch, Inhalte haben nicht zum Deckblatt gepasst (Made-in-China...) - hatte ich dann ausgedruckt, vom Online Shop.
Heute auch direkt das erste Training absolviert, Brust/Schulter mit Smith Maschine und Kabelzug, sehr zufrieden.
