The Taurus Elite Plate Loading Iso Leg Curl allows you to train each leg individually thanks to its unilateral design. The leg curl comes equipped with a leg selector to easily switch between legs safely. To do so, pull up on the coloured lever and push the leg pad to the opposite side.
