Description: Taurus Elite Air Bike
Your Effort Sets the Pace
The Taurus Elite Air Bike takes a simple idea and runs with it: the harder you push, the more the air resistance pushes back. There are no resistance levels to work through.
Your arms and legs can share the work, or the footrests can take your legs out of the equation and shift the focus upstairs. Multi-grip handles give you different ways to hold on, and the saddle adjusts horizontally and vertically.
There’s a good mix on the console too, with interval sessions and targets based on time, distance, calories and heart rate. You can move the bike around easily, with no plug needed.

Resistance That Follows Your Effort
The air resistance responds to how hard you’re working. Pick up the pace and the resistance rises with you, then ease off when you want to slow things down.
Arms and Legs in on the Action
Pedalling gets your legs moving, with the handles bringing your upper body into the workout too. Your arms, shoulders, back and core all join in.
Give Your Legs a Break
Use the footrests to take your legs out of the workout and put the focus on your upper body instead.
Get Into the Intervals
Go with 20/10 or 10/20 intervals, or set up your own work and recovery times. You can also train towards time, distance, calories or heart rate.
Set It Your Way
Move the saddle up, down, forwards or backwards to find your position. Multi-grip handles give you a few different ways to hold on.
Ready for Busy Spaces
A sturdy steel frame supports users up to 160 kg, with the Elite Air Bike at home in home gyms and busier training spaces too. Rear transport wheels come in handy when you want to move it.
