Robust piece of equipment. Adjustable Top so you can sit or lay at an angle to do other exercises. Good size and the adjustments work very well with stepping exercises. Shame there is not a bag with handles to store this in when not in use. Recommend this product.

Large, sturdy and durable. I use the Step when doing a home weight sessions - the top moves up, locks in place and confidently supports me. It’s a lot lighter and smaller than a home gym, perfect when your short on space. The groves all around the step are handy for a wide range of exercises with a band - I use it daily for physio exercises as I can’t access a gym due to an injury. All round perfect, wish I’d purchased sooner.
