The PTP SuperBand Dual Colour Combo+ 3 Pack includes three bands in ultra light, light, and medium resistance. You can use one at a time or clip them together for extra challenge. They’re great for assisted pull-ups, agility drills, and a wide range of strength moves. Made from durable latex, they stretch smoothly and have a bright two-tone look so you can quickly spot the level you want.
The free PTP App adds guided exercises to show you different ways to train with the bands. There’s also a paid version with extra programmes if you’d like more variety.
