Step onto the Carbon TL and you have a full speed range at your feet. Walk at 1.5 km/h, settle into a steady jog, or push all the way to 16 km/h when you want to work for a sub-4-minute kilometre. The 0-10% incline shifts the effort through the legs and lifts your heart rate without adding impact.
The 5" LCD display shows your stats as you train. Put your phone or tablet on the device shelf and iFIT trainers take over from there, adjusting speed and incline automatically as the session unfolds.
Connect to iFIT and the whole platform opens up. AI Coach builds your training plan, schedules sessions, and loads your next workout to the treadmill. SmartAdjust reads your performance over time and scales the challenge accordingly. ActivePulse pairs with a compatible heart rate monitor to keep your effort in the right zone throughout. Create your own routes via Google Maps and the treadmill adjusts incline to match the terrain as you go.

iFIT AI Coach works in the background to organise your training. It builds personalised plans, schedules sessions, and loads your next workout directly to the treadmill home screen. You can ask for recovery tips or request something specific, and it adjusts from there. Pick any location via Google Maps and the treadmill recreates the route, adjusting incline to match the terrain as you move through it.
