SMART HEART RATE CONTROL WITH ACTIVEPULSE™
ActivePulse™ heart rate monitoring simplifies cardio training by adjusting the treadmill's settings to keep you in your ideal heart rate zone. When paired with a Bluetooth-enabled heart rate monitor (sold separately), this feature automatically changes the treadmill's speed and incline based on your heart rate, so you stay within your target zone for effective cardio training. It eliminates the need for constant adjustments, letting you stay fully focused on your workout.
JOINT-FRIENDLY SPRINGFLEX™ CUSHIONING

Now you can watch your favourite shows or listen to music while you exercise, thanks to added streaming options. The Workout Creator lets you design your own routines, setting goals and intervals just how you like them (available with iFIT Pro memberships), while the iFIT AI Coach (beta, US-only for now) helps build healthy habits and suggests workouts based on your goals to help you make steady progress. This update also brings a cleaner, more intuitive interface, quick navigation, easy-to-read workout summaries, QR code login, and audio translations in multiple languages.
