The NordicTrack X24 Treadmill is built for those who want more from their home workouts—more challenge, more variety, and more support. With a powerful 4.25 CHP motor, it operates smoothly and quietly, handling speeds up to 20km/h whether you’re warming up with a walk or pushing through a sprint. The impressive incline range from -6% down to 40% lets you tackle steep climbs and descents, making each workout feel as engaging as a real outdoor run. With a roomy 55 x 152cm tread belt and SpringFlex™ cushioning, the X24 provides a comfortable, joint-friendly surface that absorbs impact. ActivePulse™ heart-rate monitoring ensures your workout stays in the optimal zone, while a vast library of workouts and expert trainers guide you through each session. The 24” HD touchscreen, equipped with the latest iFIT 2.0, adds a new level of immersion and personalisation to your workouts. The updated iFIT 2.0 loads in seconds and offers an intuitive interface, custom workout options, streaming for your favourite shows, and much more.
A SCREEN THAT PULLS YOU IN
You get a large 24" HD touchscreen right in front of the deck, giving you a clear view of every session. You can pivot the screen toward you during floor workouts such as strength, yoga or mobility. The size of the display makes trainers, workout stats and route visuals easy to see while you train. Everything sits clearly on screen from warm-ups through to tougher climbs.
RUN THE WORLD WITH GOOGLE MAPS
The X24 opens the door to custom routes through Google Maps. Pick a location anywhere in the world and the treadmill recreates the route on screen with real Street View visuals. As the route changes, the treadmill adjusts incline and decline to reflect the terrain. Hills, descents and long stretches all appear as the route unfolds, giving indoor sessions a far more varied feel.
SERIOUS SPEED AND CLIMBING POWER
The X24 delivers one of the widest training ranges available on a home treadmill. Speed moves from a gentle walk all the way up to 20 km/h for fast runs and interval sessions. The incline system stretches from -6% decline to a towering 40% climb. Downhill sections add a different rhythm to your run, and steep climbs put the legs and glutes to work in a completely different way.
TRAINING THAT ADAPTS TO YOU
Through iFIT, the X24 connects you with a huge library of trainer-led workouts filmed in locations around the world. Sessions range from endurance runs and interval training to strength, mobility and yoga. SmartAdjust adjusts the workout as you go, increasing or easing the challenge based on the session. Speed and incline shift automatically during workouts, shaping the session around your effort.
SMART HEART-RATE CONTRO
ActivePulse adds another layer of guidance during cardio sessions. When paired with a compatible heart rate monitor (sold separately), the treadmill responds to your effort level. Speed and incline change automatically to help you stay in your chosen heart-rate zone.
COMFORTABLE STRIDES, ROOM TO RUN
The X24 features a spacious 55 × 152 cm running belt, giving you plenty of room to settle into your stride during walks, runs or sprints. SpringFlex cushioning softens the feel of each landing, helping reduce impact through your legs. An AutoBreeze fan responds to the pace of your workout and increases airflow as the session builds.
WHAT IFIT 2.0 BRINGS
The new iFIT 2.0 takes home workouts to a whole new level, with a fresh look, much faster load times (cutting from around 30 seconds on the 2024 model to just 3 seconds on the 2025 model), and personalised features to keep you motivated. Now you can watch your favourite shows or listen to music while you exercise, thanks to added streaming options. The Workout Creator lets you design your own routines, setting goals and intervals just how you like them (available with iFIT Pro memberships), while the iFIT AI Coach (beta, US-only for now) helps build healthy habits and suggests workouts based on your goals to help you make steady progress. This update also brings a cleaner, more intuitive interface, quick navigation, easy-to-read workout summaries, QR code login, and audio translations in multiple languages.

NordicTrack X24 Treadmill Review – Worth Every Penny
I bought the NordicTrack X24 in January, and it’s hands down one of the best investments I’ve made for my health. I weighed 104 kg when it arrived, and as of today, I’m down to 91. I use it almost every day, and it’s played a huge role in helping me stay consistent and motivated.
The iFIT programs are excellent—they actually make treadmill workouts enjoyable, which I didn’t think was possible. The Bluetooth pairs seamlessly with my headphones and iFIT heart monitor, so I stay fully connected during every run.
If you're looking for a treadmill that delivers performance, interactivity, and results, the X24 is it. Highly recommend.

High end, very nice treadmill
This is a great treadmill. You pay for quality and I think you get it with this treadmill. My wife and I use this quite a bit and it has made winter exercising so much more pleasant. The user interface is very easy to use, the controls you need quick access to are right on the console in front of you, such as elevation, speed, fan, etc, so you don't have to use the touch screen. The screen is easy to use and very user friendly. It links up nicely with the training programs through iFIT and keeps up with the changes. It is very heavy, so make sure you have some help when you are putting it together. Overall I am very happy with the treadmill.

This treadmill is above average for your regular home gym use and has been great. A lot more robust and sturdy than other treadmills I have used. Feels good even at higher speeds. The touch screen interface is easy to use and has so many options almost too many as it can be overwhelming at first. Luckily the manual mode is straight forward and easy to use.

Excited to have this treadmill
Absolutely love the NordiaTrack X24. The incline is great and the decline is even better. Although this treadmill is higher off the ground than our previous treadmill the way it moves for incline/decline it does not need added headroom. Love that I can use Netflix or PrimeVideo directly on the screen although most of the time I am walking with a trainer through iFit. The treadmill is very quiet and very smooth.
