The T Series 16 has a 16" HD touchscreen that tilts and pivots, giving you a clear view at any angle - mid-run, mid-incline, or flat on the floor for a strength class. iFIT lives directly on the screen, with workouts, progress, and your training plan always one tap away.
The 3.6 HP motor handles the full 0-20 km/h range. The SelectFlex™ deck adjusts between soft and firm cushioning depending on what you need - low-impact walking one day, firmer road-style running the next. Same 51 x 152 cm belt throughout, comfortable for most training styles.

SmartAdjust™ learns from your workout history and gradually adjusts how hard your sessions push you. Pair it with ActivePulse™ and a Bluetooth heart rate monitor and the treadmill modifies speed and incline continuously to keep you in your target heart rate zone.
