With iFIT Pro, you get 10,000+ trainer-led workouts across running, cycling, strength training, yoga, and HIIT, filmed in locations around the world. SmartAdjust™ adapts sessions to your fitness level and training history, ActivePulse™ works with a compatible heart rate monitor to adjust speed and incline to your target zone, and iFIT connects with Strava, Garmin Connect, and Apple Health to keep all training data together.
STEADY POWER, RUN AFTER RUN
You run on a 4.25 CHP motor that supports speeds up to 22 km/h and incline up to 12%. Pace changes stay controlled during steady runs, interval work, and longer sessions, and the belt keeps an even rhythm as incline adjusts.
ONE SCREEN, ON AND OFF THE DECK
The 24” HD touchscreen moves with you, turning towards the deck for runs and away from it when workouts shift to the floor. That makes it easy to follow strength work, yoga, stretching, or recovery without stopping to adjust anything. Sound plays through the speakers, and you can use headphones when you want it quieter. With Google Maps™, you can set up custom routes and watch the incline and decline change to match real-world terrain. This feature is available with iFIT Pro.
PACE AND TERRAIN, ON YOUR TERMS
You can move at your own pace, with speeds reaching 22 km/h for steady runs, faster efforts, and short bursts of speed. Incline ranges from -3% to 12%, which gives you downhill running as well as hill work, changing how each session feels underfoot and how different muscles get used.
SUPPORT UNDERFOOT
RunFlex™ cushioning softens the impact as your feet hit the deck, while still giving a responsive feel underfoot. This takes some pressure off your joints during longer runs or when you train more often, helping sessions feel easier to repeat without feeling overly soft or unstable.
TUCKS AWAY WHEN YOU’RE DONE
The treadmill folds up when you’re finished and rolls out of the way, which helps free up floor space between sessions. EasyLift™ assist supports the deck as it lowers, keeping the movement steady and controlled when you set it back down.

Perfect Treadmill for Staying Active as a New Parent

Funktionalität so wie beworben in den Produktvideos. Gerät kommt mit vollem Werkzeugumfang zum Aufbau, auch wenn nicht alkles dafür benötigt wurde. Aufbauanleitung verständlich und einfach nachvollziehbar.
