The NOHRD StepBox is a smart little all-rounder that slots right into your home. It’s your seat, bench, steps, and storage all in one, and it comes fully stocked with workout essentials. Inside, you’ll find a set of SwingBells in three weights, resistance tubes, a jump rope, and a cork mat for floor work. You can choose from a range of beautiful wood finishes, and it’s all handmade in Germany with sustainability and quality in mind.

The NOHRD StepBox isn’t just somewhere to sit—it’s a clever little hub for strength, cardio, and functional training. Use the cushioned top as a bench, grab the side panels for step work, or mix things up with the included gear.
EFFECTIVE STRENGTH TRAINING
Inside, there are SwingBells in 2kg, 4kg, and 6kg weights, stored on hooks along the inner wall. You’ll also find resistance tubes in multiple tensions, ready to clip onto the box or handles. A jump rope is stored at the short end for easy access.
BENCH AND STORAGE IN ONE
The NOHRD StepBox has a cushioned lid that works as a comfy seat or training bench. Lift it up, and you’ve got smart storage inside—each item has its own spot, so it all stays neat and easy to reach. It keeps your kit tidy and your space clear, all in one good-looking box.
