The Merrithew Sliding Mobility Discs come as a set of two compact discs used in bodyweight training and mobility work. Each disc measures 18 cm in diameter and adds controlled movement to exercises that target the core, glutes, legs and upper body.
The discs feature a double-sided design that slides smoothly on both hard floors and carpet. This allows you to introduce challenge through movement rather than impact, keeping sessions low strain while still engaging stabilising muscles.
You can use the discs in standing, kneeling or plank-based exercises.
