Description: Merrithew Mini Stability Ball (Set of 3) With Pump
The Merrithew Mini Stability Ball (Set of 3) includes three mini stability balls in small, medium and large sizes, plus a hand pump. Having all three diameters in one set gives you more range across exercises, from close-in support work to movements that need a larger contact point.
You can use the balls in sitting, standing or lying exercises to introduce instability and increase muscle engagement through the core and limbs. They are commonly used in movements that focus on the arms, abdominals, hips, glutes and thighs.
The balls also work as support props during exercises, such as under the lower back or neck, and during gentle self-massage. Inflation level changes the firmness, shifting the balance between support and challenge depending on how you use each ball.
