The Merrithew Fitness Circle Lite adds gentle resistance to Pilates and mat-based workouts. It weighs 0.34 kg and measures 35.6 cm in diameter, keeping the circle easy to manage during slower, controlled work.
The circle uses a fibreglass frame with soft foam grips on both the inside and outside. That gives you secure hand and leg placement.
You can use it to target areas such as inner and outer thighs, upper arms and chest. Its lighter tension works well for beginners, home sessions and travel.
