The Merrithew Fitness Circle Flex is a lightweight and compact resistance ring with a 30.5 cm diameter for gentle strength work in Pilates and mat-based sessions.
It uses an impact-resistant plastic frame with 4 mm thick soft foam grips. The reversible grip positions give you a few ways to hold the ring during upper- and lower-body exercises.
