It includes 12 workout programs, a variety of entertainment features, and Sprint 8, a high-intensity interval training program aimed at maximising calorie burn and building muscle.
XIR CONSOLE
The XIR console provides a 16" HD display with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth compatibility, allowing easy access to online entertainment and workout tracking.
