Description: Marcy MWB-1282X Compact Smith Machine
The Marcy MWB-1282X Compact Smith Machine can hold a substantial 135 kg of weight plates (Standard 1" and Olympic 2" plates). With low and high pulleys that can support up to 90 kg, the MWB-1282X offers ample scope for beginner and intermediate lifters exercising at home. The MWB-1282X features 9 hook positions to keep you safe whilst training without a spotter.
SAFETY FIRST
Smith machines are ideal for solo lifters who want to perform exercises such as the barbell squat and bench press without a spotter. The smooth sliding chrome guide rods support nine hook positions, allowing users to work safely at any height for the exercises of their choice. For additional safety, the Marcy MWB-1282X also features adjustable safety stops to prevent overextension and removes the risk of dropping the bar to the floor and potentially causing injury.
HIGH AND LOW PULLIES
The Marcy MWB-1282X Compact Smith Machine features both high and low plate-loading pulleys to increase the machine's versatility. Each pulley can hold up to 90 kg of weight plates for low rows, lat pulldowns, bicep curls and tricep pulldowns. The cables are rated for 2000 lb tensile strength and can be attached to a wide range of carabiner gym attachments.
