The Marcy MD-9010G Smith Machine is the ultimate home Smith machine. With multiple plate-loading stations, the MD-9010G is fully equipped for full-body workouts, functional training, and free-weight exercises. The star of the piece is the Smith bar, with a 135 kg maximum weight capacity, and it features a 7° incline for biomechanically optimised squats and bench presses. The machine has a single stack pulley system with a high crossover and a low rowing station with a footpad. Additionally, the MD-9010G features butterfly arms to isolate the chest.
The included bench has a 272 kg weight capacity and features 7 backrest positions for variety in exercises. The bench also features a preacher curl pad and leg developer to give users everything they need for a full strength workout.

INTEGRATED SMITH BAR
The Marcy MD-9010G features a Smith bar with a 7° incline for biomechanically sound movements. The Smith bar features sealed linear bearings to boost longevity and reduce maintenance, whilst providing smooth travel along 1" chrome guide rods. The machine has 9 hooking positions and features an adjustable safety stop to keep you safe during your workouts without a spotter.
MULTI-CABLE PULLEY SYSTEM
The Marcy MD-9010G Smith Machine features a multi-cable pulley system to maximise exercise versatility and supports a maximum load of 136 kg. The high pulleys can be used for cable crossover and pulldown exercises, whilst the low pulley is ideal for rows and bicep curl exercises.
BENCH INCLUDED
The included bench has a maximum weight capacity of 272 kg and features a removable preacher curl pad and a plate-loading leg developer for isolation exercises for the hamstrings and quadriceps. The bench has 7 adjustments from flat to incline and upright positions.
