Deze loopband is een mooie uitbreiding geweest van mijn thuisgym. Naast de Life Fitness C1 hometrainer heb ik nu dus ook een loopband om op te kunnen trainen. Perfect voor mijn incline oefeningen en intervals.

Massives Laufband das solide verarbeitet ist. Ich habe es selbst aufgebaut, was mir geholfen hat mich mit der Technik etwas vertraut zu machen und keine besonderen Kenntnisse erfordert. Um es an den richtigen Ort zu bringen braucht man allerdings ein paar starke Männer/Frauen. Also lieber vorher schon mit dem Krafttraining beginnen. :-)
