The Life Fitness Heat Performance Row has a lively, athletic feel the moment you start pulling. Power readings pop up straight away on the watt display, so each stroke comes with clear feedback from the console. The resistance range shifts quickly from light strokes to heavy efforts, which keeps the pace lively. The console offers plenty of training modes, and the handle buttons make it simple to switch views while you’re moving. Its self-powered setup gives you plenty of freedom on the floor, since it runs wherever you place it.
REAL POWER FEEDBACK
The WattRate power meter tracks your effort to within +/- 1 percent. You see exactly what you’re putting out on every stroke, which helps you pace better and spot improvements over time.
WIDE RANGE OF RESISTANCE
With air and magnetic resistance working together and 100 levels to play with, you can move from steady rowing to heavy sprint work without breaking rhythm.

Great Rowing Machine
We were looking for a rowing machine for our home gym and decided on the Life Fitness Heat as we already have other Life Fitness products, we have the life fitness E1 cross trainer and F3 treadmill so we knew that the rower like the other products would be excellent quality and fit well in our gym. The resistance is very smooth and the monitor shows all your workout stats very clearly

I have been looking for a high quality rowing machine for months as my old one broke suddenly. As I use my rowing everyday, I wanted something that would feel really robust and feel similar to my old commercial rowing maachine. This LifeFitness rower did not dissapoint. I have been using this rower everyday for the last 2 weeks and the quality is second to none.

Everything and more from a commercial rowing machine
I was looking for a commercial rowing machine for home use as I wanted a machine that would handle a family of 5, 3 who row at our local club. I was glad to find LifeFitness have come out with a new machine as I know LifeFitness very well and have used many of there products in the gym. The rowing machine not needing to be plugged in allows us to move and use the machine as we please and played a big factor in our decision. It also looks the part and handles really well.

Perfect rowing machine, the console features are unmatched.
We needed our rowing machine replaced because our rowing machine is now 7 years old and lacks features/quality that come standard with current Commercial Rowing machines. We was interested in a few rowing machines from different brands and different suppliers. After trying the Heat Performance Row in the North London store, we knew straight away this was a front runner. We did end up going for it and we are very pleased with how it performs, our clients also find it very easy to use. The 100 resistance levels is great as we work with a wide range of clients all at different fitness levels.
