FULL-BODY FUNCTION
With adjustable wide pulleys offering 30 height positions, plus two low pulleys, two upper pulleys, and a Smith bar, you have everything you need for squats, presses, pulls, and total-body training.

Fitted with twin 165 lbs (~75 kg) weight stacks, you can train each side of your body individually or even work out with a training partner. Additionally, SF6 features a weight multiplier that doubles the resistance of your weight stack, up to 350 lbs (~159 kg).
