The FT1 features a quick, one-handed adjustable high/low pulley system with 30 height settings for effortless customisation. The heavy-duty steel frame ensures durability, while the electrostatic powder coating provides a maintenance-free finish.

The trainer comes with multiple attachments, including an easy curl bar, ankle cuff, swing handle, tricep rope, straight bar, multi-functional belt, and two single handles. The built-in accessory holder keeps everything organised and accessible.
