The patented electromagnetic drag system keeps every stroke feeling close to rowing on water, while the 16” HD screen brings workouts to life with scenic backdrops and expert-led classes. The Wave also introduces HydroMetrics, Hydrow’s own intelligent training system. It gives you feedback on precision, endurance, and power, so you can measure progress and build on it over time.
