The Horizon 7.4AT-24 Treadmill takes everything you love about the original 7.4AT and gives it a bit of a glow-up. It’s the same steady favourite — you’ll still get that strong performance, reliable build, and easy app sync — now with a bit more flair for your daily miles, a sleeker console, handy new media controls, and a more compact folded size. The black-backlit display is easy on the eyes, and the added playback features let you run the show straight from your device.

POWERFUL, RESPONSIVE PERFORMANCE

The 7.4AT-24 keeps up when you’re ready to push the pace. The 3.5 HP motor teams up with Rapid Sync Technology to match your speed and incline changes in real time, so you’re never a step behind. With an incline range up to 15% and speeds reaching 20 km/h, it’s well suited to high-energy sprints, intervals, and longer steady runs. The sturdy frame stays solid through every session, giving you the confidence to go all in.

CONTROL AT YOUR FINGERTIPS

QuickDial™ controls let you tweak speed and incline on the fly. Roll the right dial to pick up the pace or ease off, and use the left to head uphill or come back down. You can adjust quickly mid-session, so it’s easier to follow interval changes or match workout cues without slowing down.

CONNECTED TRAINING MADE SIMPLE

The treadmill features a crisp 8.25" backlit LCD screen with four LED windows and white LED numeric displays for clear feedback. You’ll get data on time, distance, calories, pace, incline, speed, and heart rate. There are 10 pre-set programmes too, including hill climb, fat burn, and Sprint 8, so it’s easy to mix things up. You can link up with apps like Zwift, Peloton, and @ZONE for guided workouts or scenic routes. It also syncs with Apple Health and Google Health, so your progress stays up to date across your devices.

The 7.4AT-24 offers a spacious 153 x 56 cm running area, giving you room to move naturally at any pace. The 3-zone variable response cushioning helps soften impact and takes pressure off your knees and joints. You can check your heart rate using the contact grips or a compatible monitor, so it’s easy to keep things steady or push a little more when you’re feeling good.

FOLDING DESIGN THAT FITS YOUR SPACE

The Horizon 7.4AT-24 measures 193 x 93 x 161 cm when it’s out and ready to go, and folds down to 109 x 93 x 180 cm when it’s time to pack it up. The one-step hydraulic lift keeps things simple, and the upright fold helps free up floor space between runs.

HANDY EXTRAS THAT MAKE A DIFFERENCE
