You get the full range of Cadillac exercises, from supported stretches to trapeze work, plus everything a reformer offers, including smooth carriage movement, spring-loaded resistance, and plenty of adjustable features. It’s a serious bit of kit that covers rehab, strength, mobility and dynamic control.
