Description: HAMMER Autark 2500 Multi-Gym
The Hammer Autark 2500 home gym is equipped with numerous pull and push modules, a cable pulley, a leg press, and leg extension and leg curl machines, thus enabling a varied full-body workout.
The butterfly arms can be adjusted to five different angles. This allows for chest training with almost fully extended arms (for training the outer pectoral muscles) or with a 90° bend (for training the inner pectoral muscles) – depending on which chest area you want to target. Additionally, the leg extension machine of the Hammer Autark 2500 home gym has been enhanced with a leg curl function, allowing you to specifically train both the front and back of your thighs. In combination with the leg and calf press, the home gym guarantees an effective leg workout just like in a fitness studio.
For a functional full-body workout, the Hammer Autark 2500 is also equipped with a vertically adjustable double cable pulley station. Thanks to the 160° pulley system, the cable pulley station can be used flexibly as an upper, middle or lower pulley, thus enabling a variety of free training exercises.
