The Hammer Autark 2200 home gym offers a varied strength-training experience with its numerous pull and push modules and cable pulley. The butterfly arms adjust to five angles, letting you easily vary the exercise for diverse chest workouts.
In addition, the Hammer Autark 2200 features a leg extension/leg curl module, enabling targeted training of both the front and back of the thigh muscles. A vertically adjustable double cable pulley is attached to the side of the gym, allowing for optimal execution of free-weight, functional exercises. Upper, middle, and lower cable pulleys also allow exercises such as crunches, lat pulldowns, and rowing.
