The Gibbon Slackrack Fitness adds a bit of playful wobble to your day—while giving your muscles and balance a proper workout. It sets up in about 15 minutes and doesn’t need trees, anchors or loads of space. Pop it in a studio, a gym, your garden or wherever there’s room to move. Choose your setup length (2 or 3 metres), clip on the line, and start testing your balance, strength and focus. You’ll get handgrips, a stretchy band, and loads of fun exercises to try—plus a free app packed with tips, tutorials and training plans to keep things moving.
TRAIN ANYTIME, RAIN OR SHINE
Too wet outside? Too hot? Not a problem. The Slackrack Fitness sets up indoors—no trees or anchors needed—so your training doesn’t stop when the weather turns. Just pop it down, tighten the line, and start moving.

Keep things compact or stretch it out—your choice. The Slackrack Fitness can be set up at either 2 or 3 metres long, and there’s even an extension kit if you fancy more. Great for tight corners or open-plan wobble zones.
