The Force USA M20 All-In-One Trainer is the functional trainer serious athletes have been waiting for. The M20 is the commercial-grade, customisable, modular All-In-One Trainer. The power rack frame is built from 11-gauge 3" x 3" steel uprights with 1" holes spaced 2" apart for broad attachment compatibility. The M20 features award-winning freestyle pulley arms mounted to the front uprights for natural, unrestricted movement across every plane of motion.
The M20 also features the new Dual Force Twist Lock system, which lets users switch between 2:1 and 1:1 weight stack ratios to get the most out of their weight stack. For smooth, lighter training, the 2:1 ratio focuses on speed and endurance. When you want to get serious about strength training, switch to a 1:1 ratio.

WHY CHOOSE THE M20?
SAME MACHINE, YOUR CHOICE OF RESISTANCE
The Force USA M20 offers two pulley resistance options. For a classic gym feel, the twin selectable weight stack weighs 90 kg and can be upgraded to 113 kg with a weight stack extender (sold separately). Alternatively, you can choose a plate-loading module, which can hold up to 122 kg of weight plates (sold separately), a great option if you already have weight plates in your gym. Both configurations support the Dual Force Twist Lock, allowing you to switch between 1:1 and 2:1 cable ratios.
TRAIN HEAVY. TRAIN SAFE
The optional Smith bar's single-track architecture combines a guide rod, linear bearings, and a safety lock into a single column, wrapped in 5-gauge steel for maximum stability and structural integrity. Deadlifting with a Smith bar has never been easier, with an industry-leading lowest starting position for a greater range of motion. The 16 kg bar can be counterbalanced by connecting the freestyle pulley arms and features professional knurling, IPF and IWF grip lines, and spinning sleeves to simulate a true barbell feel.
ALL PRO-GRADE
The Force USA M20 includes over 20 pro-grade attachments. Force USA uses high-grade aluminium and steel designed to handle the heaviest lifts while staying lightweight where it matters. It comes with quick-lock J-cups and spotter arms which snap into place without pins or hardware. They use industry-leading UHMW (Ultra-High Molecular Weight) inserts to preserve barbell knurling when racking and re-racking.
WALK-THROUGH OR SPACE SAVING
The walk-through design supports two flexible configurations: a centre-room setup for simultaneous, dual-sided workouts, or a wall-mounted setup for a space-efficient layout and a clear training floor. The 6-post structure creates a true 360-degree training environment with the capability of two power racks in the footprint of a single, full-contact frame. The functional trainer, Smith bar, and power rack are all accessible at the same time for maximum training efficiency or training with a workout partner.
TWO RATIOS. ONE TWIST.
The Force USA M20 features a Twist Lock mechanism that switches each Freestyle Pulley Arm between 1:1 and 2:1 cable ratios in seconds, without removing the cable, handle, or any attachments. With the Twist Lock, you don't need to juggle carabiners or reroute cables between sets; just twist each mechanism once and keep training. 1:1 uses the full weight of the resistance module, while 2:1 delivers maximum cable length for full-range-of-motion exercises. With both cables attached at a 1:1 ratio, the M20 delivers up to 226 kg of resistance.
THE TRUE PROFESSIONAL STANDARD
The M20 is built on 11-gauge true 3" x 3" uprights with 1" holes spaced every 2", giving open-source compatibility with the broader ecosystem of true 3" x 3" equipment and third-party attachments. The frame maintains continuous floor contact (unlike pedestal-foot designs), delivering maximum stability. The base self-adjusts to slightly uneven floors, eliminating the wobble that pedestal feet can promote.
