Description: Force USA Functional Trainer Rack
Backed by more than 20 years of experience in strength equipment, Force USA now brings out its latest premium release, the Force USA Functional Trainer Rack. This machine works as a cable trainer and a rack in one. Dual pulleys run on a smooth 2:1 ratio, and the heavy-duty 3x3" uprights take J-hooks or spotters for barbell lifts. The pull-up bar has multiple grip positions, and the frame includes a peg board, pegs, and a shelf for attachments. The weight stack starts at 90 kg and goes up to 135 kg for heavier training.
FLEXIBLE TRAINING OPTIONS
Two freestyle pulley arms, one on each upright, move up, down, and side to side on reversible cable trolleys. They run on a smooth 2:1 ratio, giving you steady resistance and control. You can work through moves like crossovers, rows, curls, presses, and single-arm training, all on the same setup.
ROOM TO LIFT HEAVY
The trainer comes with dual 90 kg (200 lbs) weight stacks as standard, covering most strength goals. If you want to go heavier, upgrade options of 112.5 kg (250 lbs) or 135 kg (300 lbs) per stack are available.
DOUBLES AS A RACK
The uprights are tough 3x3 inch steel with 3 mm walls, drilled with 1-inch holes and marked with laser-cut numbers. You can add J-hooks or spotters (optional), so as well as cable work, the trainer also works as a rack for barbell lifts.
CLEVER STORAGE
This rack helps keep things in order with a peg board at the back for attachments, storage pegs for quick access, a shelf for extras, and a crossmember with extra holes that can be used for storage too.
ADJUSTABLE PULL-UP BAR
The pull-up bar can be set to different widths and used with natural, supinated, or pronated grips. It lets you switch between wide-grip pull-ups and more neutral holds without extra handles or attachments.
STRONG FRAME, SMOOTH MOVEMENT
The frame uses 3 mm thick steel, giving it a solid and stable feel. Aluminium pulleys keep the cables moving smoothly and reliably. It also comes with attachments for everyday cable work.
