The Exigo Plate Loaded 2.0 ISO Viking Press is a solid, flexible bit of kit that brings real variety to overhead training. The arms can be locked together or used on their own, so you can switch between standard and single-arm pressing. With six starting positions and a choice of grips, it’s easy to find a setup that works for how you press. The frame’s sturdy and compact, with stainless steel weight horns and built-in storage to keep plates off the floor. It’s designed and assembled in the UK and holds up well in busy training spaces.
SWITCH BETWEEN ARM SETUPS
The arms can be locked together or used on their own. You can press with both sides or isolate one arm at a time, all on the same machine.
START WHERE YOU WANT TO
Arms are spring-assisted with six start positions, giving you control over where each rep begins. The handles offer multiple grips to switch angles and change how the press feels through your shoulders and triceps.
ADD BAND RESISTANCE
Dual band pegs let you attach resistance bands to the press. It’s a handy option for explosive work and can help break through plateaus.
STRUCTURE THAT HOLDS UP
