The Exigo Plate Loaded 2.0 ISO Lateral Raise is designed to develop the medial deltoids and help build rounder, stronger shoulders. With 9 seat positions, the Lat Raise ensures perfect user alignment. The isolateral design allows the user to use each arm independently for precise training.
