The cardiostrong BC50 Recumbent Exercise Bike is designed to accommodate all users; with a low step-through and oversized seat, anyone can reach their goals with the BC50.
ACCOMMODATING & JOINT FRIENDLY
Recumbent exercise bikes are excellent for rehabilitation purposes, or simply for those with limited flexibility, due to being easy on the user's joints. Silent magnetic resistance ensures smooth, jerk-free resistance even on the max resistance. A low step-through onto the seat is extremely beneficial for those with limited flexibility, and the oversized seat is well cushioned and extremely comfortable which is ideal for longer training sessions. Additonally, the handle bar frame also has a water bottle holder, so you can stay hydrated easily.
LCD CONSOLE
The LCD console is simple to use and displays vital workout metrics like time, distance, calories, RPM, watts, and pulse feedback. There are 19 different workout programmes to choose from- including 4 heart rate controlled options- to optimise your training needs for your goals, whether you want to burn fat, rehabilitate or improve cardiovascular fitness. The LCD can also store user profiles for up to 4 people so multiple users can keep track of previous workouts and monitor progress.
HEART RATE MONITORING
Hand grip pulse sensors are positioned on the side handlebars so you can easily monitor your heart rate. Heart rate feedback is measurable via the hand grip pulse sensors or a wireless heart rate receiver, providing an even more accurate reading of the user's heart rate (chest strap sold separately). This method of training ensures the user is working out at the appropriate intensity relating to their fitness goals; excellent for recovery and cardio training.
RECOMMENDED ACCESSORIES
As with all indoor fitness bikes, it is always recommended to place a CV mat underneath the bike to protect the machine and your flooring.

Lockdown lifesaver
Bought this bike to help keep me and wife a bit more fit and active through these ever lasting lock downs, given the current situation we are in world wide deliver arrived quicker than anticipated. It didn’t take us long to build at all and now we are happy cycling away in the afternoon. Comfortable and sturdy I was definatly the right purchase for us. Being older and a bit more reluctant to leave the house this bike has help us keep fit and active whilst be affordable as well.

Silent and solid
I'm so glad I purchased this bike after reading the good reviews. The bike suits my needs perfectly and does not move what so ever. It is completely silent which must please my downstairs neighbour. Spot On
After seeing the glowing reviews I decided to buy the cardiostrong BC50. We've had exercise bikes in the past but it's now been some time since we last used one. For a change we decided a recumbent bike would be the way to go as it has been some time since we last took up any serious exercise (I have health issues that have prevented me from exercising as much as I'd like).
Within a week or ordering it had been delivered. The delivery company kept in touch throughout, and delivered within the given time slot.
Bike was relatively simple and straight forward to assemble, and feels really well built, solid and sturdy. I am surprised at how quiet it is! Overall, an excellent product with some good in built programs.

So good I bought it twice!
Having bought this bike for my mum I was super impressed with how well she has done on it. I actually tried the bike out a few months before at one of the powerhouse stores but held on to buying it with the hope that my mum could get back to the gym soon. With gym closures I had to bite the bullet and buy the bike in the end. My mum has made sure I write a review to let everyone know the bike has been perfect for her. Very comfortable, easy to use screen, very quiet and gives her more than enough resistance. One problem she has is the bike sits on carpet and now I am buying a mat to go under it.

Best of the bunch
The adjustable back rest makes all the difference. I have been on a few recumbent bikes in my time, all of which were ok, but not quite the best fit for me. This however has a back rest which can adjust easily, so you can find the best position for you. Good quality bike as well. I’d recommend.

Easy to use and comfortable recumbent bike!
Fantastic recumbent bike. I bought it for my father, he's an older guy and his doctor recommened to get some more exercise to improve his health. This bike is fantastic for him. It's east to get on it, the console is easy to use and the mesh backrest gives plenty of support and comfort. The resistance is very smooth and easy on the joints.

Fantastic bike
Fantastic bike. Quite large but really well built. The backrest is comfortable and the angle can be adjusted as well as the seat height. The screen is clear and easy to use. It is virtually silent when in use which is a big positive. Would be good to have a stand to rest a phone or tablet.

Quality product
Excellent bike for the money smooth very quiet ride extremely comfortable. The console is a little on the small side but you soon get used to using it. Performance compares with that of a commercial machine.
I dealt with the Manager and staff at the Manchester branch and they are all so helpful would highly recommend
