REALISTIC SIMULATION
In-water resistance provides a dynamic rowing stroke with infinite resistance levels so it not only sounds like rowing on water, but also mimics the nature of what rowing on water should feel like.

Due to the innovative oar blades in the water tank, there is no 'dead point' while performing the actual stroke movement. The only noise you will hear is the soothing sound of rushing water with each stroke. The levelling end-caps can be adjusted to ensure stability on uneven surfaces.

Suitable for home and light commercial use, as well as being highly functional, the design of the WR40 is extremely appealing with its' stylish water tank and sleek frame. The wide padded seat glides along the lightweight single rail on quality ball-bearing wheels ensuring this part of the stroke movement is smooth and extremely quiet.

APP CONNECTIVITY
The easy-to-use LCD console is equipped with wireless connectivity and can connect to Kinomap and iConsole+ Training. The console provides instant information and the standard feedback on the console includes time, strokes, distance, calories, pulse, and 500M/TM.

FOLD-AWAY FITNESS
The lightweight rail beam folds for storage and there are wheels for easy transport to move the rower when not in use or even just to reposition before using. Foot plates are size adjustable and ensure natural and comfortable foot positioning. The adjustable straps provide stability and secure foot positioning.

FULL-BODY FOCUS
Rowing provides an excellent full body workout where users will find that almost every muscle of the body is used when performing the rowing action resulting in improvements in muscle tone and flexibility. Rowing is excellent cardiovascular exercise, making you more efficient in supplying the rest of the body with oxygen-rich blood.
