The BodyMax chin-up bar/punch bag bracket is an extremely stable bracket for back training and exercising your shoulders, arms and abdominal muscles.The bracket allows for wide or narrow chin-ups and the ends are tapered for more comfort and functionality.
With the ability to accomodate a punch bag to be hung on it, the bracket creates a secure and stable base to allow you to train with your punch bag safely and securely.
Please note: Screws dowels and instructions are included. Due to the assorted colours of this bracket your may receive a black or silver colourway.
* The maximum recommended load for a punch bag to be hung from this bracket is 30kg.
* The maximum recommended load for use of the chin-up bar is 100kg, dependant on wall quality.
