The BodyMax CF475 Bar Hooks and J Hooks are built to give you a secure, no-nonsense setup for heavy lifts, whether you're squatting, benching, or pressing overhead.Designed to work with the BodyMax CF475 Heavy Duty Power Rack and the Bodymax CF470 Heavy Half Power Rack these hooks slot in easily and lock firmly into place giving you a solid base you can trust when the weight gets serious. The Bodymax Bar Hooks and J Hooks make it easy to lift the bar out smoothly and guide it back in after a set, even when you're tired.
They’re ideal if:
- You want a spare pair for faster height changes
- You're replacing worn hooks
- You train with multiple lifters and need flexible setup options
- You need a set to use with the BodyMax Rack Hip Bench Attachment - choose the J Hook option.

Hooked!!
Super addition to my Bodymax rack. The extra bar hooks allow me to perform excercises both inside the rack (squats, bench press ect) and outside (overhead press, curls ect) without having to move the hooks.

Good Value and Well Made
This is not much more expensive than some of the cheapest frames available, but offers better build quality, a more compact footprint, easier to adjust spotter bars and quieter use due to the pre-attached rubber cushioning.
It's easy to assemble, even on your own, and all you need is two 17mm spanners/sockets. The only fault I've found so far is that the badge at the top is not straight!
