Each bar can hold up to 226kg and weights 10kg. Those bars come with 2 pairs of heavy-duty ring collars that ensure the plates are secured in place. The Farmers Walk bars feature ergonomic and comfortable handles offering maximum support for the user.


COMPATIBLE WITH OLYMPIC 2” SIZED PLATES
The bars are compatible with Olympic sized plates. The range of plates we offer (sold separately) include cast iron trig-rip discs which are a budget friendly option featuring an ergonomic grip that makes the plates easy to load and take of the barbell as well as convenient to use on their own in various exercises.

The more hard-wearing and secure option are the rubber coated tri-grip plates that aside from the comfortable handles provide a quiet and safe option. The rubber coating of the plates prevents your footing from damage and ensures noise free operation.
