The BodyCraft X-Press is a multi-gym that offers a huge array of training options without taking up a large amount of space in your home. By combining press and pull exercises with a variety of cable pulleys the BodyCraft X-Press is capable of full body strength workouts without needing to go to the gym.

The BodyCraft X-Press features a 90 kg selector weight stack giving a respectable resistance level to beginners and enthusiasts looking for a full range of strength exercises. What makes the X-Press stand out is the unique cable system which doubles the weight of the stack for the pressing arm, giving you up to 180 kg of resistance for chest press, rows and shoulder presses.
VARIABLE CABLE RATIO
The cable ratio of the BodyCraft X-Press changes depending on the station you engage. For the lat pulldown, press arm, low row and leg extension you will experience a 1:1 cable ratio, utilising the full resistance of the weight stack. The adjustable pulley system features a 1:2 cable ratio which are perfect for functional training exercises, sport specific training and injury rehabilitation.
QUALITY CRAFTMANSHIP
From the multi-position backrest and seat to the steel tubing, the BodyCraft X-Press is built with quality and comfort in mind. The backrest is fully adjustable for movement between exercises, and the seat can be adjusted for your comfort. The cables have a tensile strength of 900 kg meaning that you can train strength knowing that you're in safe hands.
COMPACT STRENGTH STATION
The BodyCraft X-Press, for all its strength capabilities still manages to be compact enough to fit into most home spaces. With a footprint of (L) 210 cm x (W) 144 cm x (H) 210 cm. The X-Press would suit a garage gym or home gym for users who are serious about their strength training.
INCLUDED ATTATCHMENTS
With your BodyCraft X-Press you have everything you need to get started with your strength training. The accessories included are: a lat pulldown bar, rowing handle, ankle strap and hand grips. Das Gerät ist sehr solide verarbeitet und bietet eine Vielzahl an Trainingsmöglichkeiten. Der Rollenlauf ist wirklich sehr leicht und spricht für die Qualität. Ich habe eine Körpergröße von 195cm und kann alle Übungen problemlos bewältigen. Was ich persönlich nicht so schön empfinde, ist der Umstand, dass der Sitz aufgrund der Rohr-in-Rohr-Konstruktion trotz seitlicher Arretierung nach vorn und hinten noch ein wenig Spiel hat und daher bei manchen Übungen etwas wackelt. Dies sollte im Hinblick auf den doch gehobenen Preis eigentlich nicht sein bzw. anders gelöst werden. Was den Aufbau anbelangt, ist dies mit dem Video von Sport Tiedje problemlos auch für einen Leien möglich.

Ostin tämän laitteen, noin puolitoistavuotta sitten. Harjoitus tuntia tulee 9 tuntia viikossa. Nyt on ongelmia,vaijeripyöräiä on mennyt rikki, ja samalla on vaijerin suojakuori rikkoutun, ja vaijerin säikeitä poikki.

Nach langem Überlegen über den Kauf einer Kraftstation viel die Wahl auf die BodyCraft X-Press Pro.
Diese Kraftstation überzeugt vor allem durch die vielen verschiedenen Übungsmöglichkeiten mit nur einem Gerät. Die Verarbeitung ist sehr hochwertig. Merklich wurden keine Billigteile verbaut.
Kann die Kraftstation auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Haben uns die BodyCraft KAraftstation X-Pro
gekauft und sind mit unserer Entscheidung voll uns ganz zufrieden.
Erst einmal besticht die Station durch ihre solide Verarbeitung.
Alles ist an seinem Platz und nichts knabbert oder hat irgendwo \"Spiel\".
Als Neulinge in Sachen Heimgerät sind wir noch am Erarbeitungen der Möglichkeiten, aber bis jetzt macht das super spass mit dem Gerät zu trainieren. Schon auch die einfache und schnell zu bewerkstelligen Verstell- und Einstellmöglichkeiten.
Man braucht halt ein gewisses Maß an Stellmöglichkeit für so ein Gerät (Abmessungen).
Bei der Abmessung von 1,44m in der breite sollte man bedenken, das man rechts und links noch einen meter dazu rechnen sollte, wenn man eine seitliche Übung für die Rumpfdrehung machen möchte....da braucht es ein bißchen Platz, da man dann neben dem Gerät stehen muß...ist aber nur eine der Zahlreichen Übungen...die man nicht zwingend machen muß - jedenfalls als Anfänger.

Ik ben zeer tevreden met de installatie van mijn BodyCraft krachtstation vandaag. Ik kan alleen maar aanraden om het niet zelf in elkaar te steken want dat lijkt me redelijk onbegonnen werk. De installatie was op een goeie twee uur voltooid.
Kreeg nadien een zeer deskundige uitleg over de verschillende mogelijkheden van het apparaat samen met een DVD en een poster. Zeer vriendelijke en professionele mensen.
Ik moet zelf nog starten met het oefenen en zal het krachtstation eerst wat beter moeten leren kennen maar kan nu al zeggen dat ik heel tevreden ben met mijn aanschaf, de vlotte installatie en het stevige materiaal waaruit alles gemaakt is.

Habe das Gerät für meine Familie bestellt. Meine Tochter will das Gerät auf keinen Fall mehr missen ! Die leichte Verstellbarkeit auf alle Körpergrößen und die verschiedensten Übungen, mit denen man alle Muskelgruppen trainieren kann, machen es zu einem perfekten GErät um Ausdauer und Kraft zu trainieren !
