VERSATILE STRENGTH TRAINING
The BodyCraft MFT Multi-functional Trainer is the one-stop shop for a multitude of strength exercises in a compact training space. Taking up only 2 m² of space whilst having a huge array of exercise stations and choice of attachments.
COMPACT POWERHOUSE
Measuring only 168 x 131 x 221 cm the footprint of the BodyCraft MFT is a tiny 2 m² making the machine perfect for home gyms with limited space.
90 KG WEIGHT STACK
Despite its small size, the BodyCraft MFT does not compromise on its weight stack, providing a 90 kg stack. It features 4.5 kg increments and two cable ratio systems to get the most from the entire stack to help you achieve your goals.
DUAL RATIO CABLES
The BodyCraft MFT features both a 1:1 ratio and a 1:2 ratio depending on the station that you use. When using the pulley system you will experience the smooth 1:2 cable ratio, however the pressing arms, leg extension and lat pulldown use the entire 90 kg stack with the 1:1 ratio.

MULTI-POSITION BACKREST AND SEAT
The BodyCraft MFT features a detachable seat with four adjustments which attaches to a seven-position backrest. This unlocks a huge array of exercises such as leg extension and curls, bench press and lat pulldown.
ARRAY OF ATTACHMENTS
The BodyCraft MFT includes a selection of attachments which can all be mounted on the multi-functional trainer backboard. Attachments include: ankle strap, barbell, pulldown bar, tricep rope, pulley handles and a baton handle.
