Bodycraft F431 lat/low pulley attachment
Excellent addition to the Bodycraft F430 Power Rack. Installed myself in about an hour and a half, with the weight stack option. Advise you use wd40 silicon lubricant spray or similar, on the guide rods, prior to putting the weight stack on.

Lat Low Pulley
This is great attachment to the Bodycraft F430 Power Rack, it allows me to do most of my pull exercises which is great. Highly recommend if you're after full set up at home.

Check the size, a great rack
This is a great rack for any kind of lifting, chest, back, legs you can do it all, I'd recommend the cable attachment, which gives the rack even more versatility. I would recommend that you check the schematics however as this thing is big, impressive your mates with the sheer size of the thing, but make sure you have a high enough celling and enough floor space.
I've been to local gyms that don't have a rack that's this impressive, sturdy, and the rubber finish means you can train without making a racket.
I'm still working out the different combinations and permutations that it offers, but the security of knowing that you can hammer out one more rep safe in the knowledge that you've got this beast to back you up is a sure fire way to make some excellent gainz ;)

The power rack is possibly
The power rack is possibly the best bit of training equipment i have ever bought. It has transformed my workouts and the variety i have with even the basic compound moves is now much greater. Dead start lifts, heavy negatives onto the stops and a multitude of adjustment holes to work on 'sticking' points for various movements to mention just a few.
I didnt need any after sales service so cant comment on that but the service i received when making the purchase, as well as the delivery arrangements was great.
Simple installation and only need 2 spanners to tighten the bolts.
The low lat/row pully is an addition i HAD to have as id not used a cable machine for 3 years. I now have access to a whole array of post compound movement lifts to keep up the variety.

Der Latzug ist die perfekte Ergänzung zum Power Rack, sobald es den Gewichtsblock wieder gibt werde ich mir diesen auch leisten.
Ich bin hochauf zufrieden.
Sehr stabil, gut alleine zu montieren ein gelungenes Produkt.
