BERG Suspension Training

With BERG suspension trainers, you can work through rows, holds and stability exercises using your own bodyweight. The PlayBase Fitness Rope has adjustable straps and soft-grip handles to help control your position and resistance. It clips onto the PlayBase frame and detaches after training.
