PLAYBASE RESISTANCE BANDS
The resistance bands come as a set of three, each with a different resistance level. You can change how challenging an exercise feels by switching bands. They attach to the PlayBase frame bars and can be used for pulling, pressing, stretching, and controlled strength movements. The bands support exercises that work shoulders, arms, back, core, and legs, using added resistance alongside your own body weight.
