The Taurus MS45 Pro E-Multi Smith is a compact strength station powered by a motorised resistance system. The load comes from an internal motor rather than plates or a weight stack, and the console adjusts the weight instantly. Changes can even happen mid-rep, which is handy for drop sets, tempo work or simply fine-tuning the challenge. The resistance reaches 85 kg in 0.5 kg steps and includes options for different loads on the eccentric and concentric phases. Alongside this, the MS45 offers a guided Smith bar, adjustable cable pulleys, a pull-up bar, dip handles and a landmine attachment, giving you a broad mix of movements in one unit. The console tracks reps, sets, calories and heart rate, and it pairs with the iConsole+ app for extra training data and simple session customisation.

Experience the MS45 Pro’s motor driven resistance in action. The load shifts through the console in small, sharp steps and reacts straight away, even halfway through a rep. The setup supports different weights on the eccentric and concentric phases, which gives each part of the lift its own character. The touchscreen runs the whole thing and ties together the Smith bar, pulleys, dip handles, pull up station and landmine attachment around a compact frame. Everything runs off the internal motor, so there’s no plate loading or heavy stack taking up space.
MULTIFUNCTIONAL DESIGN
The Smith machine keeps your bar path secure for confident squats, presses and lunges. The adjustable cable pulleys give you the freedom for isolation work, crossovers, rows and pushdowns. The pull-up bar offers multiple grip options, while the dip handles stay rock-solid for chest, shoulder and tricep training. A landmine attachment rounds off the setup for heavy rows, presses and functional rotational work.
ADJUSTS TO YOUR NEEDS
With 17 pulley height settings and smart transmission ratios, the MS45 adapts to whatever you throw at it. Single-side cable movements use a smooth 1:2 ratio, while dual-cable work, rowing and Smith machine exercises use 1:1 for accurate, direct resistance. And unlike traditional machines, the MS45’s motorised system allows you to tweak the load mid movement, useful for drop sets or tempo work where the effort changes as the set develops.
STRONG, STABLE AND SAFE
The MS45 Pro uses a heavy steel frame and a total weight of 240.5 kg to stay steady during tougher sessions. The pulleys run on reliable hardware, and the pull up and dip stations support up to 150 kg. Spotter arms are included for Smith work, giving you a safer setup when the weight climbs.
SUPPORTS BUSY TRAINING ENVIRONMENTS
The MS45 brings cable work, guided barbell movements and bodyweight stations into one place, which helps simplify the equipment mix in high traffic gyms and well used home setups. Having fewer standalone machines around can make peak times easier to handle and keep sessions moving. Its 158 x 135 x 220 cm footprint works well in shared rooms, and keeping key stations in one area can ease general upkeep and day to day organisation.
SMART TRAINING CONTROL
The MS45 tracks reps, sets, calories, heart rate, weight, speed, force and range through the console. It runs three resistance modes: Standard for steady load, Eccentric for a heavier downward phase and Chain for increasing load during the lift. The weight changes through the console in small steps and can shift at any point, even mid rep. The setup also links to the iConsole+ app.

Perfect voor mijn houten vloer
Mocht vanwege een houten vloer op mijn 2e etage niet te veel gewicht per m2 plaatsen. Dit product is perfect. Frame is nog steeds zwaar, maar scheelt gewoon 90kg aan gewichtenblok.
Alles loopt zoals een 'normaal' station. Instellen werkt erg makkelijk. Bijbehorend bankje die ik gebruik is de B950.
