The X16 switches between elliptical, stepper, and treadmill motion depending on how you move. The 32" auto-adjustable stride is one of the longest available on an elliptical - enough range to cover a proper walking stride through to a full running motion. A 10% incline to -10% decline adds genuine terrain variety, targeting different muscle groups as the angle shifts. The whole frame tilts with the grade, changing your body position the way a real hill would.

26 levels of Silent Magnetic Resistance™ run quietly and smoothly at any effort. The incline, decline, and resistance all adjust automatically during iFIT sessions - no reaching for controls mid-stride.
