The NordicTrack T Series 5 Treadmill comes with a clear, easy-to-read LCD display powered by iFIT, opening up a world of training options. With iFIT, you can access over 10,000 workouts led by professional trainers, covering everything from gentle warm-ups to challenging runs. The treadmill responds in real-time to the workout, adjusting speed and incline automatically, so you don’t have to lift a finger—just focus on the run. ActivePulse™ technology also makes it simple to work at the right intensity by adjusting based on your heart rate.

SPEED, INCLINE, AND CONTROL AT YOUR FINGERTIPS

The NordicTrack T Series 5 Treadmill gives you full control over your workout, with speeds from 0 to 16kph and an incline range from 0% to 10%. Using the simple OneTouch® controls, you can quickly adjust the settings to find the pace and incline. The treadmill’s cushioning system absorbs impact, making each step easier on your joints for a more comfortable run. For moments of rest, the foot rail provides a stable platform to safely step on and off.
