Description: Force USA C20 All-In-One Trainer
The Force USA C20 All-In-One Trainer takes the big pieces of gym equipment you’d usually spread across a room and pulls them into one compact, heavy-duty frame. At its core you get a Smith machine with smooth travel and proper IWF/IPF bar markings, a half rack with rock-solid J-hooks and spotters, and six pulley stations offering 1:1 and 2:1 ratios. Dual 90 kg weight stacks come as standard, each complete with handy micro plates for smaller jumps, and you can upgrade to 135 kg. The uprights use thick 3x3 steel, the pulleys run smoothly thanks to their aluminium finish, and the reinforced locking system keeps everything steady while you rack heavy. Storage has also been properly thought through: a pegboard at the back, eight plate holders, a barbell holder and a shelf for your essentials. Add a multi-grip pull-up bar with adjustable handles, spotter arms that double as dip bars, and a suspension trainer hook, and you’ve got a seriously versatile machine that feels every bit as solid as it looks.
SMITH MACHINE AND HALF RACK
The Force USA C20 All-In-One Trainer includes a commercial-grade Smith machine with smooth travel and a black bar marked to IWF and IPF standards. The knurling is clean and consistent, giving you a bar that feels natural in the hands. On the front, the uprights double as a half rack fitted with upgraded J-hooks and solid spotter arms. These lock firmly into the 3x3 steel uprights, cutting out side movement when you rack the bar.
ADJUSTABLE WEIGHT STACKS
The C20 includes dual 90 kg weight stacks to get you started. If you need more, you can upgrade with two extra stacks for 112.5 kg or add four to reach 135 kg per side. Smaller jumps are covered too: each stack has micro plates stored at the top of the shrouds, so you can move up in steady steps instead of big leaps.
SIX PULLEY STATIONS
Two freestyle pulley arms, one on each upright, move up, down, and side to side on reversible cable trolleys. Two low pulleys at the base run a 1:1 ratio, set up for rows or to connect with the sliding bench (sold separately) for leg exercises. At the top, twin pulleys provide a 2:1 ratio each and can be linked for a 1:1 ratio on heavier pulls. The pulleys swivel through 180 degrees and can also be locked in place.
ORGANISED STORAGE
The trainer helps keep your gear tidy and easy to reach. A pegboard at the back holds the smaller attachments, with extra mounts on the shrouds when you need more hooks. Plates go onto eight holders, a rack keeps the barbell in place, and a shelf gives you room for the accessories you use most often.
BODYWEIGHT TRAINING
Adjustable handles give you the choice of natural, overhand or underhand grips. The spotter arms also serve as dip handles, with knurling that feels secure in the hands. There’s also a suspension trainer hook on the frame, ready for bands, rings or straps when you want to throw some extra core or mobility work into the mix.

I pre ordered this product months ago, having seen numerous reviews from the US and I was excited once I saw it for sale in the UK at Fitshop. I finally received it and have built and started using it this week. I don't know where to being the product is amazing, build quality is next level and has all the functions I need for my garage. I have been a long time ForceUSA fan and previously owned a G12 which I have now sold and the build quality difference to the new C20 is night and day. If you are even considering this don't hesitate, amazing next level piece of kit.
