BodyMax UB5 Bench
This bench has been a brilliant addition to my home gym. The BodyMax UB5 Bench is compact yet very sturdy, giving me the confidence to push hard on both dumbbell and barbell presses. With 8 adjustable backrest positions and a seat that adjusts too, I can do incline, flat or decline work really easily. The padding is dense and comfortable, so even during long sessions it doesn’t feel flimsy. Despite being solid, it doesn’t take up too much space, which is ideal for my smaller setup.

Just put one of these together for someone so I gave it a quick try out. Firstly, the instructions were easy and only took 10 minutes, they give you all the tools required, which is great. Seems really sturdy and comfortable as I attempted a few reps of bench press on it. All in all really solid and a good price.

Guaranteed Quality
This is my third Bodymax bench. These days I have no hesitation in heading for Bodymax when I need new kit - simply because I know that they're going to last me years.
I've tried and tested them for a long time and they're still in the shape that they originally came in; and I lift heavier than the average.
I use mainly for hammers, flies and rear delt flies and it's dead easy to adjust and doesn't eat up room.
Could be used for a ton of exercises and is good value for money when you consider how many years you could get out of it.
